  • ⑴. 常温常压下为无色透明有恶臭的液体,遇水剧烈水解,易溶于己烷、庚烷等脂肪族饱和烃和甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族烃中。空气中能自燃,燃烧时产生氧化锌白烟。与水激烈反应,并分解发生可燃性乙烷气而着火。应在惰性气氛中保存。
  • ⑵. 与具有活泼氢的醇类、酸类激烈反应。遇水分解,生成氢氧化锌和乙烷。与三级卤代烃[例如(CH3)3CCl]反应可制取四级烃[如(CH3)3C·C2H5)。
  • ⑶. 可用于半导体生产的金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)工艺和外延生长及聚合反应的催化剂。.在制造发光二极管时用作AsCa、GaP、G
